Senior Housing Asset & Compliance Surveyor

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Area and Stock Controller for a government organization in Wiltshire. This role involves monitoring regulatory standards across housing stock and diagnosing maintenance issues. You will lead on managing contracts and ensuring efficient delivery of repairs. The successful candidate will have strong ICT skills and experience in building surveying. This is a temporary position for 3 months with potential to extend, offering £300 per hour. Working hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday.
