Senior Hospitality Supervisor Elevate Resident Experience

Cinnamon is seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead hospitality operations in a care home, ensuring residents are comfortable and happy with high standards of service and dining. You will report to the General Manager and oversee events, budgeting, and team performance.

The role requires strong communication, budget control experience, and a background in hotel or catering management, with full-time hours including some evenings and weekends at Waterlooville site.
