Senior Home Care Service Manager: People-First & Compliance

1st Homecare is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our Home Care service in Falkirk. In this role, you will ensure high-quality home care delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance and developing a dedicated care team.

You will oversee daily management, support staff, and monitor service quality through audits. Required qualifications include SVQ Level 4 and two years of management experience in a care setting.
