We're supporting a leading utilities company in recruiting a Senior Health and Safety Manager to shape and drive safety culture across their regional operations. This strategic role offers the opportunity to influence safety standards, develop leadership capability, and support the delivery of vital capital and operational programmes.

• Lead and manage a team of Safety Professionals, providing leadership and development support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety policies, systems, and processes.
• Develop strategic health and safety plans to address key risk areas and operational goals.
• Act as a safety ambassador, bringing insights and fostering a proactive safety culture across the region.

• Recognised health and safety qualification, preferably NEBOSH diploma level or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a senior health and safety role with a track record of driving change.
• Strong influencing abilities and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels.
• Full UK driving licence.
