Laing O'Rourke in the UK is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to champion health and safety across complex, high voltage projects. You will advise and coach managers and staff to meet our safety responsibilities and to drive inclusive wellbeing across operations.

You will lead safety excellence, mentor teams, challenge bureaucracy, and introduce innovative safety solutions while influencing leadership to embed a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
