Client: Tier 1 Main Contractor
Location: South Dublin
Sector: Residential Project - 900 units
Essentials: Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred); minimum 7 years' experience in EHS roles; prior experience on construction projects within large-scale residential developments with a Main Contractor

Salary: €75,000 - €90,000
Due to continued expansion, the company is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor to join the team and support the safe delivery of a large-scale residential development in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities- EHS Management Systems: Implement, maintain, and monitor the company's Environmental, Health & Safety Management System at project level.
- Safety Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive and proactive health and safety culture across site management teams, contractors, and operatives.
- Site Inspections & Reporting: Monitor EHS compliance on site, carrying out regular inspections and producing weekly reports and corrective action plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the wider project team to ensure alignment on EHS objectives.
- Coaching & Best Practice: Influence and coach site teams in the implementation of best practice EHS standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
