We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe's most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.
As a Senior Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for working as part of the Facilities & Compliance Team to help deliver the following:
- Event Readiness, In-Event Support & Load-Out
- Compliance & Statutory Oversight
- Contractor Management
- Digital Systems & Reporting

- Knowledge of UK legislation & Compliance Framework
- Professional Qualifications in NEBOSH/IOSH/IWFM
- Strong Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Lift Safety Systems
Working within the Facilities & Compliance (FAC) Team, this role balances facilities workflow excellence, compliance leadership with customer experience. Ensuring that every hard services touchpoint contributes to the SEC's reputation for delivering world class events in a safe, reliable, and customer focused environment.
