Senior Hard FM Leader - Healthcare Facilities Ops

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Hard FM Manager at Royal Stoke University Hospital to lead the operational delivery of hard facilities management within a complex healthcare environment. Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will manage in-house and contractor teams, drive compliance, performance KPIs, and deliver cost efficiency while maintaining safety and service standards.
