Senior Hard FM Lead - Campus Residences Mobilisation

Balfour Beatty plc is delivering hard FM services for East Slope Residences and mobilising West Slope Residences. The role leads the hard FM team, ensures statutory compliance, and manages budgets, suppliers and performance data to deliver a high standard of resident experience and service excellence.

You will develop teams, drive continuous improvement and provide clear operational reporting to senior management and stakeholders across the Sussex region.
