Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Veeqo

Our Marketing team is seeking an exceptional Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own marketing programs and marketing strategy to improve seller awareness, adoption, and ongoing engagement with Veeqo. This is a high ownership role where you will independently analyze seller data and market trends to identify untapped growth opportunities, then develop and execute sophisticated marketing campaigns to capitalize on them. You will lead complex, multi stakeholder initiatives spanning marketing, sales, business analytics, and finance. You will also drive go to market campaigns for new partner integrations, working closely with business development to bring strategic partnerships to life.
The successful candidate is a self starter who combines strong analytical capabilities with marketing expertise. You will be accountable for identifying where to invest resources, developing business cases backed by data, and evangelizing new concepts to gain alignment from senior leadership within Amazon and externally with our partners. You must be comfortable driving high level business decisions, thriving in ambiguous situations, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and building programs from scratch. Your ability to organize and manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously will be critical to your success.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and will have strong written and verbal communication skills. You will have a proven track record for leading successful marketing programs across multiple touch points and channels, with demonstrated ability to use data to find and prioritize opportunities independently.
Key job responsibilities- Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze seller data, market trends, and campaign performance metrics to independently identify and prioritize high impact growth opportunities across the seller lifecycle (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention).
- Develop Growth Strategies: Create long term and short term strategies to drive growth via new customer acquisition and customer engagement, backed by robust data analysis and business cases.
- Lead Complex Marketing Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize sophisticated marketing programs across multiple seller cohorts and channels, managing complex initiatives with stakeholders across sales, marketing, business analytics, and finance.
- Translate Data into Action: Use data and insights to develop a deep understanding of the drivers of customer adoption behavior (acquisition) and customer activation (engagement) and translate those insights into innovative customer campaigns and promotions.
- Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross functionally with business development, marketing, finance, product, sales, insights and analysts, legal, and PR to deliver high quality channel management and programs.
- Manage Marketing Investment: Develop and execute financial investment plans in collaboration with Finance partners; establish measurement and review processes for marketing spend, ensuring ROI accountability.
- Scale Best Practices: Partner with Central Teams to identify and reapply best practices to expand reach and secure resourcing for new test and learn opportunities in paid, owned and earned media channels.
- Experiment and Optimize: Design and execute experiments to test new marketing channels, messages, and tactics; use results to continuously improve program performance and scale successful initiatives.

In order to accelerate the next phase of Veeqo's development, we are committed to transforming the depth, scale and ambition of our marketing capabilities. The marketing team uses data, seller insights, and automation to invent, test and scale programs that raise awareness of Veeqo and drive Sellers to signup or engage with our sales team. We are a close knit group of marketers (functional channel owners, product marketers, creatives, content marketers, etc) who collaborate and enjoy a fast pace of delivery. You will work in tight partnership with our sales and product teams.
Basic Qualifications- Experience building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience developing business cases and financial models to support marketing investment decisions
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing, eCommerce platforms, or seller/merchant programs
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and leading go to market campaigns for partner integrations
- Experience with Salesforce for campaign management and Asana (or similar tools) for project management and stakeholder coordination
- Experience working cross functionally across marketing, sales, product management, analytics, UX, and research
- Demonstrated track record of independently identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities through data analysis
- Strong SQL or analytics tool proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets
