Senior Group Regulatory Compliance Lead

ZIGUP is seeking a Group Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our Group Compliance team and help us manage compliance risk across our businesses. You will report to the Group Head of Compliance and work with stakeholders to provide practical, proportionate regulatory guidance, from Consumer Duty to financial crime and AI governance.

You will interpret regulations into clear, commercially pragmatic advice while upholding independence and judgement to ensure good customer outcomes.
