Senior Governance & Compliance Manager

Superdry seeks an experienced Senior Governance Manager to lead governance across the UK group, reporting to the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. You will drive best-practice governance, manage board papers, and oversee statutory reporting with international subsidiary oversight.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, ensure compliance with Companies Act 2006, and implement robust internal controls and ESG alignment across the business.
