Senior Global Project Manager - Talent Acquisition 100% Asap

This role plays a critical part in delivering enterprise-wide recruitment transformation projects. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, the Project Manager will lead cross-functional workstreams, establish governance frameworks, and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives. The foundation of the transformation is set, and this role will serve as the central point to drive execution, structure, and consistency.
Description
Program & Project Management
- Lead 9 cross-functional TA workstreams, including systems implementation and process redesign
- Establish and evolve PMO frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track milestones
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain RAID logs and GANTT charts
- Ensure delivery of scalable solutions that enhance candidate experience and recruiter productivity
Strategic Alignment & Governance
- Partner with TA and HR leadership to prioritize initiatives and align with workforce strategies
- Define success metrics, track KPIs, and prepare executive dashboards
- Standardize processes and tools across the TA function
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as liaison between TA, HR CoEs, Tech, Finance, and business functions
- Communicate goals, expectations, and updates to stakeholders at all levels
- Facilitate governance meetings and steering committees
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and tech enablement
- Monitor external trends in TA operations and project management
- Drive change management to support adoption of new systems and processes
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master's or PMP preferred
- 7+ years of experience in TA, HR operations, or PMO roles with global scope
- Strong knowledge of TA processes, systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS), and metrics
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in complex, global environments
- Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing across senior levels
- Proficient in project tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana) and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI)
- Fluent in English; excellent communication and presentation skills
- Curious, driven, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
