Aufgaben
  • Strategic Positioning and Revenue Achievement: Define and implement go-to-market strategies that highlight ams OSRAM's semiconductor manufacturing capabilities and future roadmap leading to achievement of the revenue goals
  • Pricing Ownership: Define and manage the global pricing strategy to align with the company's overall revenue and P&L objectives. Leverage a deep understanding of customer specifications and manufacturing complexities to develop competitive and value-based pricing quotations
  • Market Engagement: Actively promote our Foundry offering through customer visits, trade fairs, and technical conferences; serve as a speaker and panel participant when needed
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation, qualification, and deal closure through targeted marketing materials, technical presentations, and customer workshops
  • Collateral Development: Create compelling marketing content, including presentations, roadmaps, and customer-facing technical documentation
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor global trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the foundry industry and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface with R&D, Technical Marketing, and Communications to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and market needs

Profil
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in the semiconductor industry, ideally in a marketing, business development, or technical sales capacity
  • Solid understanding of the semiconductor value chain, Foundry ecosystems, and customer requirements across various verticals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technology in a clear, compelling way to diverse audiences
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is of strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
