Senior Gardener & Team Lead - Parks & Grounds

University of Oxford is seeking a Team Leader/Head Gardener to oversee our University Parks grounds and landscaped areas. You will lead a team in planting, pruning, lawn care and landscape improvements, ensuring high standards and safe working practices across the site.

You will coordinate daily work, mentor apprentices and colleagues, and support supervisors to drive continuous improvements while delivering results in a prestigious academic environment.
