Senior Fund Operations & Governance Lead

Aria Partners Limited is building a new closed-end infrastructure fund platform and seeks a Senior Manager to own Fund Finance, Governance and operational infrastructure, reporting to the CFO.

Based in Jersey within the GP structure, the role covers fund accounting, investor reporting, AML/KYC, and multi-entity administration across the fund and related entities, with end-to-end ownership and interaction with auditors and external advisers.
