Senior Fund Analyst

SENIOR FUND ANALYST - Amsterdam (hybrid working)

We are partnering with a globally respected investment firm is seeking a high-calibre Senior Analyst to join its fast-growing Regulated Funds team based in Amsterdam.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven finance or accounting professional with a strong command of data analysis, Excel modelling, and fund operations to step into a role with genuine career progression in a high-impact, international environment.

The role will play a pivotal part in supporting the operations and financial reporting of regulated investment vehicles - with a focus on funds based in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations for regulated and open-ended investment funds, including capital activity, valuations, and investor reporting.
• Coordinate with third-party fund administrators, custodians, and internal accounting teams on NAV reporting and audit processes.
• Assist with regulatory filings, year-end financials, and compliance in line with LUX GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely, accurate, and audit-ready financial data.
• Contribute to strategic projects, including liquidity forecasting, treasury management, and distributor onboarding.
• Maintain oversight of fund fee schedules, service provider contracts, and credit facility compliance.

Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a Big 4 firm or investment fund environment.
• Solid understanding of regulated and open-ended fund structures
• Strong working knowledge of Excel - including advanced functions such as lookups, pivot tables, and ideally macros or VBA.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with LUX GAAP, IFRS, or multi-jurisdictional fund reporting is a strong plus.
