Senior Full stack Engineer Java Spring boot Angular Typescript

Location: Galway, Ireland

Onsite- Currently 1 week onsite per month but will be moving to 5 days per week in the office in 2027.

Job Type: Full-time

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on engineer who enjoys building modern applications, contributing to technical design, solving complex problems, and working closely with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Design, develop, test and support enterprise applications
Contribute to technical design and solution development
Build scalable, resilient and secure applications
Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices
Develop automated tests and improve application quality
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis
Work closely with Product, Architecture, Quality and Engineering teams
Support continuous improvement across engineering practices

What We're Looking For

5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience building and supporting enterprise applications
Strong modern web development experience
Experience delivering complex software solutions in large scale environments
Good understanding of both front-end and back-end development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted engineering tools is desirable
