Senior Fullstack Engineer

Overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer £85k - £100k per annum Hybrid (2 days per week in office - London or Bristol)

A tech-first sustainability company is looking to add a Senior Full Stack Engineer to its high-performing engineering team. You will be joining a small, highly skilled team working on modern, scalable software that's helping to redefine the heat pump and clean energy space. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute across the stack, building new features and improving existing systems in a fast-moving, product-led environment. The team operates with strong engineering principles, values clean code and collaboration, and offers engineers real ownership over their work. You'll be comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating closely with other engineers, product, and design.

Essential Skills

• JavaScript & TypeScript
• React
• Node.js
• Experience building and consuming APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset

Desirable

• Experience working in product-focused or startup environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Interest in climate tech or impactful, real-world software
• Side projects

Location & Eligibility

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in either the London or Bristol office. The role is open to UK-based applicants only, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Interview process

2-3 stages, including a technical discussion and a practical/technical interview.
