Senior Full-Stack Engineer

vQsystems is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong technical depth across modern web frameworks and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about building secure, high-performance applications, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions aligned with enterprise-grade quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications using Next.js (frontend) and Django (backend).
• Architect scalable RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver seamless, user-focused interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation according to engineering best practices.
• Contribute to architectural planning, DevOps workflows, and system design discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
