Senior Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Developer - Berlin (Relocation + Visa Sponsored) - €75K-€120K + Equity

We're hiring a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a fast-growing startup in Berlin. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an early-stage team building cutting-edge AI-powered search and recommendation technology, already utilised by hundreds of global customers and expanding rapidly.
You'll work closely with product, design, and data teams to prototype, build, and scale robust full-stack systems. This isn't just about writing code-it's about delivering production-quality features that power real user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement scalable full-stack features spanning React UIs to cloud-based Back End systems

• Build and maintain APIs, UI components, Real Time integrations, and data workflows

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end product features

• Own projects from design and deployment to optimisation and iteration

• Push system performance, reliability, and usability in real-world environments

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building and shipping full-stack features (ideally in fast-moving environments)

• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Back End service development

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and tools (eg GCP, Cloud Functions, Firestore, etc.)

• A proactive, product-first approach-able to move quickly with high quality

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across teams
