Role Overview

This role is critical to our continuous delivery pipeline,and the ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and Agilesetting.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadthe design and implementation of highly-available and scalable featuresacross the full application stack using C#/.NET and Next.js/React.
• Architectand optimise backend APIs, microservices, and data models using C# toensure high performance and reliability.
• Developresponsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using Next.js,focusing on server-side rendering (SSR) and static generation (SSG) foroptimal user experience.
• Managedeployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications using core GoogleCloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Activelyparticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, dailystand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Providetechnical guidance, perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior andmid-level developers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
• Collaborateeffectively with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2years in a Senior or Lead Full Stack role.
• Expertisein C# and the .NET framework for building robust, scalable backendservices and APIs.
• Strongproficiency with Next.js and React for building modern, high-performanceweb applications.
• Demonstratedexperience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications on GoogleCloud Platform (GCP).
• Provenability to work effectively in a highly structured Agile developmentmethodology.
• Excellentproblem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and a commitment towriting clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Fluencyin Russian is required to effectively communicate and collaborate withcore team members and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experiencewith advanced Next.js features.
• Familiaritywith Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, specificallywithin the GCP ecosystem.
• Priorexperience with containerisation technologies such as Docker andorchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experiencewith messaging queues or streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).
