Senior FSCS Delivery & Control Manager

FSCS Delivery & Control Manager - Sought by leading Bank - Permanent - London - Hybrid

Job Requirements:

• Lead the planning, prioritisation and delivery of all enhancements to the Banks FSCS processes - including SCV/exclusions file, ineligibles and FSCS communications.
• Develop controls and processes to oversee, enhance and report on the Banks FSCS data quality and alignment to FSCS regulations.
• Regularly report progress and performance to the Banks senior management including EXCO.
• Manage the quarterly testing of the Banks FSCS processes
• Manage the annual Board attestation relating the compliance with FSCS rules.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Data (SQL) and Data Governance teams to ensure all risks relating to FSCS are efficiently managed and governed.
• Comfortable reviewing complex data sets, understanding of risk and controls.
• Act as an advisor on complex matters and communicates information simply.
