Senior FS Regulation Lawyer - Lead Complex Matters

Hydrogen UK Ltd in London is seeking a senior Financial Services Regulation lawyer to join a market-leading financial institutions practice. You will advise a broad range of financial institutions, asset managers, wealth managers, banks and fintechs on complex UK regulatory matters.

You will handle perimeter issues, FCA and PRA authorisations, Consumer Duty, MiFID II, SMCR, UK AIFMD, CASS and regulatory change projects, working with cross-practice teams on high-value transactions.
