Senior Front Desk Lead: VIP Guest Experiences

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our award-winning team and deliver first-class front-of-house service at two client buildings near Green Park, Piccadilly Circus and St. James's Park.

You will lead by example, manage switchboard, guest arrivals, diaries, catering, and VIP visits while supporting the team on a 40-hour, Monday-Friday rota. The role offers competitive pay and a strong development pipeline in a prestigious corporate environment.
