Senior Front Desk & Client Experience Lead

Aldrich & Co, a boutique Investment firm in City of London, seeks an experienced Receptionist to be the first point of contact and ambassador for the firm. You will provide a warm, personable welcome to clients and staff, ensuring outstanding service at all times.

The role also covers managing AV/VC equipment, coordinating meeting rooms (including boardroom), and supporting facilities with Building Management. You'll help maintain immaculate spaces and assist with events and post/courier duties.
