The Role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Senior FP&A Partner will join a high-performing team responsible for recurring and forward-looking analysis for Board-level stakeholders. As part of Commercial Finance, this role drives operational effectiveness through data-driven insights and trusted partnerships.
You'll lead the monthly financial review, prepare reporting packs for senior executives, and own the biannual FP&A Summary pack. As an Anaplan superuser, you'll unlock insights into our fixed cost base and help evolve our employee cost planning. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end financial reviews and reporting to the Board.
Deliver business performance reports including P&Ls, KPIs, and insight commentary.
Coordinate biannual forecasts, communicating timelines and expectations.
Summarise group-wide forecast submissions with concise CEO/CFO-ready analysis.
Develop forecasting models with scenario analysis capabilities.
Identify efficiencies and process improvements in collaboration with the Finance Innovation Lead.
Champion visual data storytelling to enhance decision-making.
Potential future line management responsibility for an FP&A Analyst.
Required Skills and Experience
Qualified accountant with at least six years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in VBA, PowerQuery, and advanced Excel.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to explain financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Demonstrated influence and collaboration across teams.
Experience with Anaplan or similar forecasting tools.
A strong appetite for innovation and continuous improvement.
Previous exposure to board-level reporting.
