Senior FP&A Manager - 6 Month FTC

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all month-end close processes and variance analysis
• Support with key decision making and guidance on long-range plan
• Ownership of the entire P&L, leading forecasting, budgeting and report processes
• Business partnering with senior leadership team and other business units, identifying risks and opportunities
• Guiding and mentoring junior staff members
• Leading ad-hoc projects and analysis
• Proven experience in FP&A within large, fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to guide and lead teams; strong communication skills with ability to explain finance to non-finance professionals
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly proficient in ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP
