Senior Footwear Merchandiser - Multichannel Growth Lead

Sainsbury's Commercial & Sustainability in Coventry is seeking a Senior Merchandiser for Footwear to shape a compelling, customer-focused proposition. You will translate the category strategy into a commercial vision, driving sales, margin, stock, availability and digital performance while owning end-to-end category processes.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, collaborate with Buying, Design, Technical, Online and supply chain partners, and ensure ranges land on time to meet
