Senior FMCG Buying Leader - Drive Growth & P&L

B&M Retail Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Buying Manager - FMCG to lead our commercial strategy and category performance. You will drive growth across branded and private-label ranges, leading a team of buyers and collaborating with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance to deliver a market-leading FMCG proposition.

You will own the category P&L, manage supplier relationships, and shape pricing, promotions and range strategy to maximise sales, margin and profitability.
