A facilities management company is seeking an experienced Technical Services Estimator to manage and quote FM tenders. The role involves overseeing the estimating process for tenders up to £10m and working with sales teams to prepare detailed cost models. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant estimation experience and strong commercial acumen.
