As Assistant Store Manager of our flagship, you'll be at the heart of one of the most exciting retail environments in the UK. You'll support the Store Manager in driving performance, shaping the customer experience, and leading a large, dynamic team.

This isn't a typical Assistant Manager role - it's a platform. A launchpad. A chance to operate at a senior level, with exposure to directors and leaders who regularly visit the store to see what "best in class" looks like.

• Representing the store during senior leadership visits and brand partner walk throughs
