Senior Fixed Income Broker

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Fixed Income Broker / Sales professional with a strong background in Futures & Options (F&O), Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), and Swaptions to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to operate from London, New York, or Dubai.

The Role

This is a senior, revenue generating role suited to a broker with an established client network and a proven track record within fixed income derivatives markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client relationships, generating flow, and expanding the firm's presence across institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients including banks, hedge funds, and asset managers.
• Execute and broker transactions across F&O, IRS, and Swaptions markets.
• Generate new business and expand the firm's client franchise within fixed income derivatives.
• Provide clients with market colour, pricing insight, and trade ideas.
• Work closely with internal trading, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless trade execution.
• Maintain strong knowledge of global fixed income markets and derivatives products.
• Ensure all activity complies with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's global broking platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in fixed income sales or broking within a bank, broker dealer, or interdealer broker.
• Demonstrated experience across F&O, Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), and Swaptions.
• Strong existing institutional client relationships.
• Proven revenue generation and business development track record.
• Deep understanding of global rates markets and derivatives products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
