The Role:

As aSenior Embedded Firmware Engineer, you'll play a central role in developing the intelligent firmware that drives the company's advanced sensing platforms. You'll work across the full product lifecycle; from concept and architecture through to prototyping, testing, and deployment, building robust embedded solutions that integrate seamlessly with custom hardware.

Your expertise will sit at the intersection ofembedded firmware,wireless communication, andsensor integration. You'll be hands-on in writing and optimizing low-level code forbare-metal and RTOS environments, ensuring real-time performance and reliability. Beyond the code, you'll collaborate closely with hardware, RF, and system engineers to bring cutting-edge wireless sensing technologies to life, fromBLEandLoRatoproprietary RF linksand next-generation connectivity protocols.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments - someone who loves solving complex technical challenges and pushing the limits of embedded design. You'll have the chance to shape breakthrough sensing products and see your work deployed in real-world, mission-critical applications.

Key Qualifications:
  • • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • • Strong background inembedded firmware development, includingC/C++,bare-metal, andRTOSenvironments.
  • • Proven experience withembedded system design,this isfrom architecture to integration and testing.
  • • Solid understanding ofsensor technologies, signal processing, or hardware/software co-design.
  • • Leadership experience inmanaging or mentoring engineering teamswithin a product-focused environment.
  • • Excellent communication skills and a passion for technical excellence.
