This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer to join a high-performing Financial Services M&A team advising on complex, high-value transactions. The role offers a central position in transaction delivery, direct client engagement, and a clear pathway to senior progression within a dynamic and expanding practice.

Practice Focus
The Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer will work within a market-leading team advising on a broad range of financial services transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, disposals, joint ventures and restructurings. The team is recognised for its strength in upper mid-market deals and advises leading UK and international financial institutions, fintechs and private capital clients. You will lead key workstreams, collaborate across specialist teams and contribute to strategic, high-profile mandates across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years' PQE with strong corporate M&A experience
• Experience advising financial institutions or on financial services transactions preferred
• Strong commercial judgement and client-focused approach
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage complex transactions
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
