Senior Financial Crime Policy & Regulatory Change Lead

Barclays Bank PLC in the UK seeks a Financial Crime Policy & Regulatory Change Lead to scope and mobilise change, define roles across IB 1LoD teams, perform gap analyses and drive embedding in BAU.

You will translate AML, sanctions, ABC and fraud risk requirements into 1LoD processes, manage stakeholders across jurisdictions, and deliver major regulatory change programs. This role is based in London or Birmingham and requires strong policy drafting and cross-functional leadership.
