Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst, Portfolio Management Finance, will be a key member of the Infrastructure European Portfolio Management team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Portfolio Management. In this role, you will actively support Brookfield Infrastructure's Europe asset management operations, including financial reporting, regulatory reporting, FP&A, and treasury operations. The candidate will interact with several key stakeholders, including senior members of the finance, operations, corporate, and investor relations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Track operating results of subsidiaries spanning multiple segments and articulate findings to key stakeholders;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A and financial reporting submissions and analysis for operating assets supporting management accounts, IFRS, lender, and private funds reporting;
- Prepare financial reporting for Brookfield's European Infrastructure asset manager, including statutory accounts and relevant tax returns;
- Compile regulatory reporting for Brookfield's European Infrastructure asset manager;
- Compile, analyze, and report on corporate and key business platforms, including operating metrics;
- Monitor and report on treasury, derivatives, risk, liquidity, and capital management;
- Assist in the preparation of various analyses and reports for senior management to support business decision-making;
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and presentations on platform financial and operational results, and participate in special projects;
- Support onboarding and integration of new assets into Brookfield finance and accounting processes, including overseeing the preparation of opening balance sheets using purchase price accounting, ensuring all internal Brookfield and external SEC requirements are met;
- Coordinate dealings with external audit.
Technical Skills
- Soon to be or recently qualified ACA or ACCA with Big 4 experience;
- Strong financial systems experience, including advanced Excel skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly and managing changing priorities and deadlines;
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing workload and professional development;
- Interest in continuous improvement of processes and outputs;
- Highly competent in the fundamentals of accounting.
