Senior Financial Accountant

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial services organisation supporting complex structured finance and investment-related entities. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to develop their career within a specialist and highly professional environment.

The successful candidate will take ownership of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and stakeholder management activities while working closely with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly cash reports and payment calculations.
• Produce quarterly accounting information and financial reporting packs.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Coordinate annual accounts preparation, statutory filings, and audits.
• Prepare board papers and support board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and operational agreements.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, advisors, and service providers.

About You

• Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant.
• Recently qualified up to 2 years' PQE.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tool capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Experience within structured finance, aircraft leasing, securitisation, or related financial services environments would be advantageous.
