Senior Financial Accountant - Beauty and Skincare

Salary: Up to €65,000 + Benefits
Location: Naas, Co. Kildare (Office-Based)

Our client, a rapidly growing and highly successful e-commerce/ Beauty and Skincare business based in Naas, is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Group Accountant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant who is looking to take ownership of the finance function and develop into a Finance Manager or Financial Controller position within the next 2-3 years.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the finance function and the month-end close process. You will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business by providing accurate financial information, commercial insights, and financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the month-end close process
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Managing the day-to-day finance operations
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• KPI reporting and commercial analysis
• Supporting business growth initiatives and process improvements
• Acting as the key finance business partner to the General Manager
• Ensuring compliance with all financial and statutory requirements

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• Previous experience within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG
• Experience working within a growing SME environment would be highly advantageous
• Strong month-end and management accounting experience
• Commercially focused with excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function
• Ambitious and eager to progress into a Finance Manager/Controller role in the coming years
