- Lead day-to-day finance operations including budgeting, payroll liaison, and cashflow monitoring.
- Work closely with an outsourced finance partner to ensure accurate payroll and management accounts.
- Oversee all ledgers, banking, procurement, and compliance with internal controls and funder requirements.
- Manage restricted/unrestricted funds, prepare reports for funders, and support funding applications.
- Supervise and support finance memebers
- Ensure all financial policies, procedures, and audits are up to date and compliant.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial decisions and operational efficiency.
- Participate in wider organisational activities including training, team development, and governance reporting.
- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance role and hold a relevant finance qualification
- (or 4+ years of relevant finance experience without a qualification).
- IATI, ACCA,CIMA
- Strong experience with purchase and sales ledgers.
- Confident working with accounting software
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to liaise across teams.
- Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector
