Senior Finance Manager

Boston Hale is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across Professional Services and capital projects for a client in the Education sector. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring robust project governance, delivering insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, and championing cost control and efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and reporting for projects and professional services
• Embed strong financial governance from project inception to post-completion
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategic decisions
• Drive overheads and cost efficiency across capital and operational spend
• Ensure compliance and develop policies on capital, depreciation, and expenditure
• Identify and implement finance process improvements
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA is essential for this role!
