Senior Finance Manager - FP&A, ERP & Team Leader

The Pilot Group seeks an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the Group Finance team in the UK. You will lead a small team and own month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and financial controls.

This hands-on role blends strong technical finance with business partnering, delivering accurate financial information, insight and challenge to support performance and decision-making. You'll drive ERP implementation and process improvements across the group.
