Senior Finance Business Partner

Role: Senior Finance Business PartnerLocation: Milton Keynes Office based£75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits We are partnering with a complex UK business undergoing a critical phase of transformation and performance improvement. This is not a traditional reporting role. It is a senior, commercially focused position for a qualified finance leader who thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy, and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior finance business partner across all operational optimisation and turnaround initiatives
• Provide robust financial challenges to ensure initiatives are commercially sound and outcome driven
• Establish clear links between project milestones and EBITDA delivery
• Own and lead investment business cases, including ROI, NPV, and payback analysis
• Provide ongoing financial insight to senior leadership as projects evolve
• Work closely with operational leads to provide real time financial guidance on cost, resource, and timing
• Deputise for senior finance leadership in executive and steering committee forums
• Partner closely with transformation and programme leadership to align delivery with financial governance

Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified - ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Significant post qualification experience in commercial finance or business partnering
• Proven experience within large, complex organisations
• Strong financial modelling and investment appraisal capability
• Excellent ability to communicate complex financial insight to non-finance stakeholders
