Senior Finance Business Partner

Overview
We're recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial
insight and support to fundraising and programme teams. This role plays a key part
in driving income growth and ensuring strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to deliver financial analysis and support.
- Prepare accurate budgets and donor reports.
- Monitor programme budgets and manage financial risks.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Support stakeholder understanding through financial training.

Essential Requirements
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or finalist with 5+ years' relevant experience.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable translating financial data for non-financial audiences.
- A collaborative, adaptable team player.
