Job Description
Hibernia Home Care Group is recruiting an experienced Care Manager to lead care quality and team performance for our growing team of Home Care Support Workers in Dublin North and surrounding regions.
This senior, field-based role reports to the Regional Operations Manager - Care Service & Quality and includes responsibility for care planning, supervision, quality assurance, safeguarding, and liaison with HSE area case managers. A driving licence and car are required.
