Senior Family Support Leader - Whole-Family Impact

Lancashire County Council is hiring a Senior Family Support Worker (Family Intensive Support) to lead high-impact work with vulnerable families. There are two permanent posts, one in Chorley and one in Lancaster, full-time (37 hours per week) with a salary of £36,363 - £40,777 per annum.

You will model outstanding practice, provide reflective supervision, and guide a team of Family Support Workers to deliver timely assessments, planning and interventions that improve outcomes for children and
