Senior Family Help Lead Practitioner: Empowering Families

South Gloucestershire Council is recruiting for a Senior Family Support Worker within the Family Help Community Team. You will lead as Family Help Lead Practitioner, delivering evidence-based interventions to families with needs ranging from Targeted Early Help to Child in Need.

You will case-hold, provide continuity, coordinate multi-agency plans and mentor Family Support Workers to build safety and sustainable change for children and families.
