We're on the lookout for a hands-on, people-focused Manager to help drive excellence across a select group of assets including trophy buildings. This is your chance to make a real impact in a high-profile environment where first impressions matter-and performance is everything.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting your manager with P&L responsibilities, including budgets, forecasting & financial performance
- Ensuring our flagship buildings are maintained to the highest possible standards-visually, operationally, and experientially
- Leading and motivating on-site teams, creating a culture of ownership, pride, and accountability
- Driving service excellence, compliance, and top-tier contractor performance across the board
- Identifying ways to enhance efficiency and innovate service delivery in a competitive, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing a small, high-quality portfolio-bonus if it's within commercial or trophy assets
- Exceptional people management skills with a natural ability to lead, coach, and empower teams
- A proactive, can-do leader who's comfortable stepping up and making smart decisions
- Confident handling budgets and contributing to P&L strategy
- Detail-obsessed when it comes to building presentation and operational excellence
