Senior Facilities Manager - Client Experience & CAPEX Lead

Anabas is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to deliver a 5-star client experience across two London sites near Edgware Road, Paddington and Brentford. You will predominantly be based at Paddington, with one day a week in Brentford, reporting to the client and Anabas on-site.

This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with a salary of £52,000 per annum. You will lead two Workplace Coordinators, coordinate engineering teams, manage PPMs and reactive works,
