Senior Facilities Leader - Multi-Site, P&L & Growth

Pareto FM in Greater London requires an Associate Director to drive operational, commercial and financial performance across a strategic client portfolio. You will lead integrated services, coach senior teams, and build long-term client relationships while ensuring safety, compliance and profitability.

In this senior role you will manage multi-site, multi-service operations with full P&L responsibility. You will partner with the Business Unit Director on growth, transformation and continuous
